Meet Dr. Kwang Yang

President of the Canadian Health Awareness Society. Dr. Yang is Clinical Associate Professor of UBC, graduated from the National Taiwan University Medical School in Taiwan, then furthered his studies in Dalhousie University Medical School. He is the first MD and certified acupuncturist in Canada. Adding to his busy professional work schedule, Dr. Yang serves as presidents and directors in a number of community organizations. He has a special interest in diabetes education and the prevention of Hepatitis B. His great work is highly recognized and that he has received numerous awards from the mainstream society in Canada.
