One of the missions of the anti-Racism committee is to ensure that the voice of the Vietnamese community is included where policy decisions on racism are made. We are thrilled to announce that President Santa Ono (UBC) invited us to speak at the National Forum on Anti-Asian Racism from June 10-11.
This is a big deal because:
- This is a Canada-wide event
- All of the major groups, academics, and decision-makers will be participating
- This will strengthen our standing in this community
